THE WINERY

Our winery is equipped with four – 1,000 Liter stainless steel, jacketed tanks. These tanks are used for the primary fermentation stage of the process. After the primary fermentation step is complete, our white wines are racked from tank to tank to continue the secondary fermentation and clarification stages of the process. Our red wines are then pressed, and then aged in American Oak barrels.

While we maintain Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and apple trees on site, our farm winery is affiliated with 2 Witches Vineyard, located in Pittsylvania County. The initial vines were planted in 2009 – Traminette and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard expanded in 2013 with Petit Verdot and added Muscat Blanc in 2014.
